Responsibilities

• Assemble products, subassemblies, and components according to blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Perform mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment.
• Complete soldering, repair, rework, disassembly, and rebuilding of assemblies and subassemblies as required.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Support production schedules by maintaining workflow efficiency, requesting materials as needed, and meeting productivity expectations.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, quality standards, and team-based production processes.

These opportunities are ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, cleanroom assembly, soldering, and production environments.

This is a strong opportunity for assemblers who enjoy detailed work, following blueprints and work instructions, using hand and power tools, and contributing to high-quality production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products, subassemblies, and components according to blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Perform mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment.
• Complete soldering, repair, rework, disassembly, and rebuilding of assemblies and subassemblies as required.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Support production schedules by maintaining workflow efficiency, requesting materials as needed, and meeting productivity expectations.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, quality standards, and team-based production processes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and position.
• Skilled Assembler/Solderer roles in Camarillo are listed at $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
• Schedule for select openings: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Saturday schedule for select openings: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Overtime may be required Monday through Saturday.
• Consistent overtime opportunities are available.
• Opportunities may include direct hire or temp-to-hire paths depending on the position.
