• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through assigned housekeeping and facility support duties.
• Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities that improve safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Schedule production activities and create job instruction packets as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician for an assembly services role in Milpitas, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Build custom assemblies according to approved instructions, product certification guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Work with production planners, buyers, estimators, warehouse associates, and operations leadership to complete, pack, and ship assemblies accurately.
• Follow standard work procedures, quality objectives, and lean manufacturing practices to support safe and efficient production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through assigned housekeeping and facility support duties.

• Schedule production activities and create job instruction packets as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $25.00 to $27.50 per hour.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours to be determined by supervisor.
• Classification: Hourly, non-exempt.
• Location: Milpitas, CA.
