Job Details

• Job Title: Assembler
• Location: Camarillo, CA
• Pay: $20-24/hr DOE
• Shift: 1st shift

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to support the production of high-quality components. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, experience working to precise specifications, and a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates with IPC J-STD Certification are highly encouraged to apply, as this is considered a major plus.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience in aerospace, electronics, medical device, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• IPC J-STD Certification is a HUGE plus.
• Soldering experience and familiarity with IPC standards are highly desirable.
