Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions, production standards, and quality requirements.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy, workmanship, and defects.
• Operate basic hand tools, assembly tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Meet daily production goals while following established safety and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $19.50 to $21.00 per hour.
• Salary range also noted as $38,500 to $40,000 per year.
