Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Union City, CA within the electronics manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented production professional with hands-on assembly experience, strong quality awareness, and the ability to follow precise work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an Assembler, you will support daily production by assembling products, performing quality checks, using testing and measuring instruments, documenting production data, and following established safety procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble production products according to the work schedule and documented procedures provided by management.
• Perform quality control counts, inspections, and tests on incoming and outgoing units.
• Pack and unpack products according to standard procedures for each item.
• Support repair work in coordination with the Operations department.
• Use standard testing and measuring instruments to verify product quality and performance.
• Complete accurate documentation for production, testing, inspection, and repair activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $54,000 to $58,000 per year.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
