Qualifications

• Education preferred: undergrad degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Forklift certification/licensure preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Lean/Six Sigma, DOT/IATA familiarity preferred.
• 5+ years leadership in multimodal transportation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of TMS/WMS/ERP and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead all terminal transportation flows from inbound to final delivery.
• Ensure service, financial, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across modes.
• Coach teams to improve execution, discipline, and accuracy.
• Own terminal P&L including labor, costs, and cost-to-serve.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity alignment, and cross‑mode resource allocation.
• Monitor performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage capital expenditures tied to terminal improvements and operations.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, safety, and cost performance.
• Establish KPIs aligned with safety and on‑time performance.
• Lead reviews to assess results and opportunities for improvement.
