Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading terminal operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate with HR, Safety, Finance, Customer Service and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations including receiving, loading/unloading and dispatch.
• Supervise a small team of drivers and manage scheduling and timekeeping.
• Monitor KPIs, promote process improvements and maintain SOPs.
• Support Sales and customer interactions and provide operational input for pricing.
