Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; PMP/Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
• 5+ years of leadership in multimodal transportation or contract logistics.
• Strong knowledge of TMS/WMS/ERP systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal operations across inbound through final delivery.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and service quality across modes.
• Coach teams to drive disciplined execution and accurate processes.
• Own P&L, labor planning, and cost-to-serve across modes.
• Lead capacity planning and cross-mode resource allocation.
