Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United States is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning assets that support healthcare initiatives and sales readiness. You will translate approved strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences and own the content production workstream from design to final handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners, applying instructional design, accessibility, and brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training content across multiple formats, healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation and content-authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns and enablement resources.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones and reviews.
• Review and improve content using feedback and quality standards.
• Support other markets as needed.
