LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate approved learning strategies into clear, engaging content across healthcare. You will own content production from design to handoff, partnering with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources.

The role emphasizes instructional design, multimedia assets, and accessibility standards, with experience across formats and tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
