LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist in the Healthcare vertical. You will translate learning strategies into clear, engaging resources and own the content-production stream from design to delivery.

Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment. You will develop courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, and campaigns, applying instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare.
• Translate approved strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from design through final handoff.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content based on feedback and metrics.
