Gray Media, Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead a team of Multimedia Executives and drive digital and traditional media sales across our portfolio.

You will develop data-driven strategies to boost client acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth, while collaborating with market specialists to sell premium television offerings. The ideal candidate brings proven digital sales leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital sales and business development.
• Experience in media sales management preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to influence senior leaders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to pitch to business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales Management Team to promote a servant leadership sales culture and drive success.
• Recruit, hire, and train Digital and Business Development focused Multimedia Executives.
• Develop a steady stream of new business across our platforms.
• Attend CNAs and Pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all company solutions and systems, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
