Job summary

GRAY MEDIA is seeking a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead a team of Multimedia Executives, overseeing the development, sale, and execution of client advertising campaigns. You will support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Responsibilities include driving digital revenue growth, achieving targets, training the local team, planning and closing business, and ensuring campaign success with accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior media sales experience required.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with digital advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Multimedia Executives to drive local digital revenue.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet station and team goals.
• Develop sales collateral and coach on closing deals.
• Oversee campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Forecast sales revenue and manage inventory.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
