WKYT-TV/Gray Media in Lexington, KY is seeking a collaborative Multimedia Sales Manager to lead a team of Multimedia Executives and grow revenue across broadcast and digital products.

You will coach, develop talent, participate in client meetings, present proposals, and drive digital strategy in coordination with the Director of Sales. This role requires a proven sales record, leadership, and the ability to translate client objectives into measurable campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in media sales, digital advertising, or a related field; at least two years of digital sales experience is preferred.
• A record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, budgets, or other performance targets.
• Leadership, coaching or mentoring experience, or a demonstrated ability to help colleagues grow and succeed.
• A strong understanding of digital advertising and the ability to explain solutions in clear, client-friendly language.
• Confidence presenting to clients and communicating effectively in writing and in person.
• A consultative approach: you listen, ask thoughtful questions, and connect client objectives to measurable campaign strategies.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with social media platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop Multimedia Executives to achieve revenue goals across broadcast and digital products.
• Drive digital revenue growth, with a focus on developing new local direct business and expanding existing client relationships.
• Join client and prospect meetings to help identify business needs, shape solutions, present proposals, and close advertising campaigns.
• Provide practical, ongoing sales training on digital products, consultative selling, presentations and campaign strategy.
• Partner with the Director of Sales on revenue planning, forecasting, pricing and sales strategy.
• Develop clear, persuasive presentations and sales materials using current research and audience insights.
• Oversee digital product strategy, inventory and pricing in coordination with relevant Gray Media teams.
• Monitor campaign setup, delivery, tracking and reporting; use results to support client success and future recommendations.
• Maintain an organized sales operation, balancing priorities, deadlines, team development and business needs.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, results-oriented culture that values accountability, creativity, and service to local businesses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
