Job summary

WKYT-TV/Gray Media is seeking a Creative Services Producer to join its award-winning team in Lexington, KY. The role covers shooting, editing for broadcast, streaming, and social media; writing concept development for promos and campaigns; and collaboration across productions.

The candidate should have a 2-year degree in Marketing/Video Production (or equivalent), 2–3 years in production, and strong skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. A solid reel showing work is required.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Marketing, Video Production, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial or broadcast production is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience shooting with DSLR or Blackmagic cameras and other video equipment.
• Creative writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing, writing, shooting, and editing compelling commercial work for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter who can multitask to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.
• Assist with community relations and station-sponsored events.
• Other tasks as assigned.
