Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a highly organized Marketing Generalist to support the marketing and multimedia production team. This role coordinates webcasts, video shoots, and multimedia projects from intake through completion in a hybrid setup with onsite production days.

The ideal candidate is a project coordinator with 3 years of experience in marketing or production coordination, strong communication, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or production.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of webcasts, video shoots, and related multimedia projects.
• Maintain detailed production checklists and run books with 200+ tasks.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, schedules, and status updates.
• Coordinate with marketers, business leaders, speakers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas and document recaps; track action items to completion.
• Support speaker preparation, scheduling, and shoot logistics.
• Route materials for review and ensure follow-up on feedback and approvals.
• Manage files, version control, and shared-drive organization.
• Provide weekly updates on priorities, risks, and decisions.
