Job summary

M+C Saatchi World Services seeks a Producer to lead the development, production, and delivery of integrated multimedia content that supports strategic communications for federal programs. You will oversee video, audio, webinars, podcasts, and digital content across channels, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high editorial and technical quality.

Collaborating with communications, creative, account, strategy, UX, and technical teams, you will transform complex topics into compelling

Qualifications

• Experience leading multimedia productions within a communications, agency, or marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows for video, audio, live events, webinars, and digital content.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent storytelling, editorial development, and interview skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of multimedia content (videos, podcasts, webinars, live streams, animations).
• Develop production plans, briefs, scripts, storyboards, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign objectives and audiences.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and partners across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee filming, editing, motion graphics, audio, captioning, and final packaging to brand standards.
