Job summary

Our client, a Big 4 Consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Generalist (Senior Associate) to join a blended team supporting audio/visual content for stakeholders across NY, DC, and San Francisco. This role focuses on project management rather than hands-on production.

The Senior Associate provides end-to-end webcast planning and execution support, coordinating with business marketers and production teams across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years experience in marketing or project management.
• Strong project management abilities and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan webcasts with business marketers — format, invitations, copy, and forms.
• Project-manage each webcast using a run book alongside stakeholders and the production team.
• Provide end-to-end support for producing, delivering, and executing webcasts across multiple markets.
• Attend production days for stakeholder management and to ensure resources are in the right place; schedule varies.
• Support both live webcasts (often 1-hour) and prerecorded webcasts (may span production days).
• Navigate a matrixed organization with a high volume of form completion outside studio days.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, especially during quarter-end peak periods.
• Maintain project trackers, prepare meeting agendas/recaps, capture action items, manage files and version control.
