Job summary

GlobalMed Holdings LLC is seeking a Multimedia & AV Coordinator to support audiovisual technology, video production, and visual content across internal communications, marketing initiatives, and company events.

You will set up and operate AV systems, plan pre‑production, shoot, edit video, and deliver polished assets while collaborating with Marketing, IT, and HR to raise engagement and protect brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting audiovisual (AV) systems, video production, multimedia production, corporate communications, marketing content creation, or a related field.
• Experience supporting projects from planning through completion, including AV setup, content creation, production, editing, and final delivery.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for meetings, presentations, training sessions, executive communications, and company events.
• Plan, coordinate, shoot, and edit video content for internal communications, training, onboarding, recruiting, employee engagement, marketing initiatives, and company events.
• Develop and maintain organized libraries of video files, production assets, and digital media content.
