LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft engaging learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare. You will translate strategy into audience-ready experiences and own the content-production stream from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners, applying instructional design, accessibility, and visual storytelling standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual-communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content workstreams and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, and content-authoring technologies.
• Familiarity with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva, or comparable tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare.
• Translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own content-production workstreams from design through final handoff.
• Partner with program managers, SMEs, and governance resources.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, and accessibility standards.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency.
• Manage milestones, reviews, dependencies, and status updates.
