Job summary

CUMULUS MEDIA in Baton Rouge is hiring a Multimedia Account Executive to join the Sales Team. You will help clients grow their business through radio, digital, and event advertising, designing integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for building new business. Travel is required to meet clients, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding the client base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in broadcast, media or digital advertising.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license; travel is required to meet with clients and attend events.
• Strong lead generation and ability to connect with viable prospects.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated attitude.
• Digitally savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local and regional businesses to grow revenue.
• Proactively develop customized marketing solutions across radio, digital, and events.
• Negotiate and close business to drive revenue and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Represent the full suite of products and services including digital assets, events, and online advertising.
• Maintain a full pipeline of sales prospects and submit regular reports on sales, pipeline, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate to represent the brand and help clients achieve success.
