FOX 39 and WTVO in Rockford, IL are hiring an Account Executive to expand our sales team with a consultative approach across broadcast and digital platforms. You will negotiate with ad agencies, grow a transactional book through strategic pricing, manage contracts and collections, and help produce client creative elements.

A strong ability to close, prospect, and operate with integrity is essential to succeed.

Qualificações

• Broadcast sales experience required.
• Ability to engage decision-makers meaningfully.
• Proven ability to CLOSE deals.
• Demonstrates integrity to differentiate from competition.
• Understand that no is an opportunity.
• Proficient with popular social media and digital platforms.
• Make decisions without supervision.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• YMCA membership rate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate with ad agencies to grow a transactional book.
• Grow a transactional book of business through strategic pricing and account stewardship.
• Responsible for order entry, contracts, follow-up and collections.
• Strong at prospecting and growing account list.
• Play a role in the production of client’s creative elements.
• Be an advocate for our products and programs, both broadcast and digital platforms.
• Be a person: treat coworkers, prospects and clients with a service-centric attitude.
