FOX 17 News- WXMI in Grand Rapids is seeking an Account Executive to partner with local and regional businesses, delivering multi-platform advertising solutions across TV, OTT, and digital channels to drive measurable growth.

You will independently prospect, analyze client needs, craft customized campaigns, present and close deals, and manage revenue using CRM tools while building long-term relationships with advertisers.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Generally 2+ years of proven sales success preferred.
• Experience in strategic account management, broadcast ratings and digital execution preferred.

Aufgaben

• Sell advertising solutions to local and regional businesses and advertising agencies.
• Apply the Scripps Sales Process (SSP) to analyze customer needs and apply customized advertising solutions.
• Facilitate digital marketing options in addition to television ad time sales.
• Independently prospect, secure appointments, perform needs analysis, develop solutions, present and close sales.
• Use ratings data and market trends to negotiate rates and maximize revenue.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, grow accounts and generate referrals.
• Perform client services including media negotiations, presentation delivery, copy writing and revenue collection.
• Manage a sales funnel using CRM, monitor KPIs and activity levels.
• Contribute to campaign development and production aspects through client communication.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including entertaining prospective and existing clients.
• Handle routine admin tasks in CRM and coordinate with sales leadership on account status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
