Job summary

Ilba in Rockford, IL is seeking an Account Executive to drive broadcast and digital ad sales. You will develop relationships with local decision makers and close deals, while serving existing clients to maximize revenue.

You will prospect new business, negotiate with ad agencies, manage orders, contracts, follow-up and collections, and coordinate with creative teams to produce client elements. A service-centric attitude and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Broadcast sales experience required.
• Ability to close deals with decision makers.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Special Duties:

• Experience in negotiating with ad agencies
• Grow a transactional book of business through strategic pricing and outstanding account stewardship
• Responsible for order entry, contracts, follow-up and collections
• Strong at prospecting and growing account list
• Play a role in the production of client's creative elements
• Be an advocate for our products and programs, both broadcast and digital platforms
• Be a person: treat coworkers, prospects and clients with a service-centric attitude

Compensation:

Pay Range for this position is: $60,000 - $100,000
