O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of management and coaching of team members.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desirable.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
