Job summary

Required a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience. HVAC certification is preferred; CAMT recommended; Fair Housing training within 1 day of hire. On-site position with safety-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and notify management on completion or delays.
• Maintain daily repair and upkeep of the community.
• Prepare vacant units with routine maintenance prior to occupancy.
• Care for and inventory supplies and tools owned by the community/company.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
