Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair property buildings and grounds. You will diagnose issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other areas, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, performing routine upkeep, and managing tools and supplies with safe, professional conduct. Must be able to work on-call and meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• Willingness to obtain CAMT and Fair Housing certification within required time.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management upon completion.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the community and perform punch work in vacant units.
• Care for and inventory all supplies and equipment; keep work area clean.
• Maintain professional appearance of uniform and adhere to safety policies.
