Qualifications

• Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician is highly desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of make-ready units to standards.
• Trouble-shoot, diagnose and correct minor air conditioning/heating issues.
• Perform necessary repairs on vacant units.
• Complete daily pool care and ensure safety.
• Inspect property for safety hazards.
