• Experience as an apartment turn technician or work-order technician is highly desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of make-ready units to standards.
• Diagnose and correct minor air-conditioning and heating failures.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure safety.
