Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and landscape maintenance.
• Experience as apartment turn technician or work order technician is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of make ready units to company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning and heating failures.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure it’s chemically balanced.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and perform minor repairs.
