Qualifications

• Experience as apartment turn technician or work order technician is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completion of make-ready units and maintain supply.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on vacant units.
• Conduct daily pool care and maintain chemical balance.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to management.
• Share on-call duty with the service team.
