Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common building systems.
• Experience in apartment turnover or make-ready work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units and common areas.
• Provide daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duties and respond in uniform as required.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
