Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Chamberlin standards.
• Troubleshoot and correct air conditioning and heating failures.
• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Maintain pool care and chemical balance.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards and correct them.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of materials and supplies.
