Job summary

Smart Build in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Renovation Manager – Multifamily Renovations to lead 3–5 concurrent projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and on-time delivery. You will own budgets, schedules, procurement, and reporting, building strong relationships with property managers and vendors while upholding OSHA standards.

This hands-on role offers ownership, a fast-paced environment, and clear growth in a growing renovation leader in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Proven success in managing multifamily rehab and CapEx projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures
• Excellent organizational skills to keep projects on track
• Proficiency with Excel, SmartSheets, and construction tools

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns
