Job summary

Smart Build seeks a Renovations Manager to lead multifamily rehab and CapEx projects across multiple client sites in Nashville. You will oversee budgets, scopes of work, procurement, and scheduling while upholding OSHA safety standards and quality control.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and property teams, track progress with daily logs and photos, and drive process improvements to scale operations. This role rewards ownership, results, and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in managing multifamily rehab and CapEx projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills, keep projects on track without micromanaging.
• Confidence using Excel, SmartSheets, and construction management tools.
• A strong network of reliable subs across key trades is a major plus.
