Smart Build, a leading renovation contractor in Greater Boston, is seeking a Renovation Manager to lead multifamily rehab and CapEx projects across multiple sites.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, safety compliance, procurement, and subcontractor performance to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily rehab and CapEx projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple rehab and capital improvement projects across client sites.
• Prepare project budgets, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns.
• Organize and track inventory, materials, and deliveries across locations.
• Maintain OSHA and internal safety compliance procedures.
• Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors across trades.
• Schedule and manage production timelines with stakeholders.
