HallKeen is seeking a Property Management Support Specialist in the Boston area to manage rent processing, applications, and HUD/LIHTC compliance across multiple properties.

You will work with Real Page One Site, coordinate repairs with vendors, and support residents while maintaining strong written and verbal communication and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• Familiar with multifamily property management.
• Experience with Real Page One Site management software.
• Excellent customer service and communications.
• HUD and LIHTC program experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process rental payments and track rent collections.
• Tour and lease apartments; process rental applications.
• Process HUD and LIHTC income certifications.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance and vendors.
• Prepare for property management reviews.
• Provide resident support; interview for open positions.
