Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily portfolio in Florida. The role emphasizes maintaining market-ready communities and delivering high levels of service while building and motivating an on-site team to maximize property performance.

You will assist the Property Manager with operations, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and reporting, ensuring strong resident relations, renewals, revenue, and profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of property management experience; 1+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, leasing, marketing, and vendor contracts.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase renewals and profitability.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising effectiveness and client traffic.
• Lead and develop on-site staff to follow Cushman & Wakefield policies.
• Maintain residents' files per company standards and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Manage overall community budget and financials; support leasing goals.
