Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community. You will support the Property Manager with operations, budgeting, and leasing, while leading on-site staff to deliver exceptional resident service.

The role emphasizes maintaining market-ready communities, achieving leasing and renewal goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 3 years PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required
• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, marketing, lease administration, and leases.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase renewals, revenue, and profitability.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic.
• Support Cushman & Wakefield mission and policies on-site.
• Oversee day-to-day on-site team operations and staff hiring/coaching.
• Maintain resident files per standards.
• Maintain a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution.
• Manage overall community budget and finances; work with leasing staff to meet goals.
