Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily to maintain our communities to a market-ready standard and lead a high-performing on-site team. You will oversee maintenance, budgeting, lease administration and marketing to maximize performance and renewals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of property management and management experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred and Real Estate License preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and Real Estate License preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment and overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and lease administration.
• Providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals and revenue.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Developing and mentoring a high-performing on-site team across leasing, maintenance and management.
• Drive revenues through understanding of market competition and development of creative marketing programs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
