Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for Multifamily communities in Florida. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive leasing and marketing efforts, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing on-site team to deliver exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Property Management and 3+ years of managerial experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and Real Estate License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community, including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor contracts.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to improve satisfaction and renewals.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance of the community.
• Work with leasing staff to achieve leasing/marketing goals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Real Estate License preferred
