Cushman & Wakefield in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our multifamily communities. You will support the Property Manager with operations, leasing, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations to keep properties market-ready and profitable.

The role requires 3+ years property management and 1+ year in a supervisory capacity; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. On-site leadership, file maintenance, and budget tracking are key aspects of the job.

Formación

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ year of on-site or supervisory management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Property Manager with operations, including leasing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and collections
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects, enhancing satisfaction and renewals
• Maintain and model Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures on-site
• Supervise on-site staff, interview/hire and coach as needed
• Maintain residents' files and ensure a positive living environment
