Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for multifamily communities in Los Angeles. The role focuses on maintaining market-ready properties, leading on-site teams, and delivering high levels of resident service.

Responsibilities include maintaining budgets, leasing goals, and operations while ensuring compliance with company standards. A real estate license and a bachelor’s degree are preferred, with 3+ years in property/management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control and audits.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop, mentor, lead and manage a high-performing on-site team.
• Drive revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
• Maintain residents' files and ensure a positive living environment.
• Manage overall community budget and finances; coordinate with leasing staff on goals.
