Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for multifamily communities in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on maintaining properties to market-ready standards and delivering exceptional resident service.

You will support the Property Manager with budgeting, leasing, marketing, vendor management, and staff supervision to drive occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction. 3+ years of PM experience and a Bachelor's preferred are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience supervising on-site teams and coordinating leasing activities

• Maintain community operations to market-ready standard
