You will assist with operations, budgeting, marketing, and lease administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and driving renewals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience; 1+ year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community to a market-ready standard.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations, including maintenance and budgeting.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork.
• Support leasing/marketing goals with staff.
