Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our multifamily community in Glendale, CA. The role supports the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, budgeting, leasing, and service delivery to residents.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years in property management, including 1+ year in a leadership role. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ year of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and service contracts.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide superior resident service and effective communication to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Maintain residents’ files and support on-site team operations.
• Track advertising and client traffic; help meet leasing/marketing goals.
