Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for Multifamily communities in the Phoenix area. This role requires oversight of all on-site operations, including maintenance, leasing, marketing, and budgeting, while leading a high-performing team to maximize property performance and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Property Management and Management experience, a Bachelor's degree (Real Estate license preferred), and strong communication and leasing skills to
