Job summary

The Carillon in Germantown, Nashville, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, seeks an experienced Property Manager, Multifamily. This on-site role requires coordinating maintenance, leasing, marketing and budgeting to keep the community market-ready and performing at high levels.

You will lead leasing, customer service, and maintenance teams, drive renewals and revenue, and ensure compliance with company standards. On-call duties and a Monday–Friday schedule apply at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; TN Real Estate License preferred.
• 1+ years of on-site multifamily Property Manager experience required; Nashville market preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, CRM, Knock and related systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations including maintenance, budgeting and leasing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing on-site team across leasing, service and maintenance.
• Manage the community budget, expenses, forecasting and reporting.
