Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with overall building operations.
• Oversee maintenance, leasing, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide excellent service to residents and drive renewals and revenue.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Maintain residents' files and manage on-site staff.
