Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily in El Paso, TX to oversee the day-to-day operations of a community and lead a high-performing onsite team. You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, marketing, and resident relations to drive performance and renewals.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, strong communication, and adherence to Cushman & Wakefield policies while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Lead and develop a high-performing on-site team.
• Drive revenues through competitive market analysis and marketing programs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain resident files and a positive living environment.
• Manage the overall community budget and finances.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
